![]() I like how uncomplicated Toggl is to use. If someone wants to use it on various platforms, Toggl offers a feature to sync your data in real-time across all platforms. I mostly use the desktop version on MacBook, but you can use it on your iPhone and iPad, too. Toggl is a cloud-based app that efficiently tracks how you use your time. I started using Toggl in February of this year. The information and insight from the Life Cycle app assists in an in-depth analysis of how you use time in your life. This quick glimpse of the various categories provides a quick synopsis of how I spent my time. Also, I like the data visualization that Life Cycle provides. Also, the data from the Life Cycle helped me to create an intervention to improve how I spend my time. I designed a plan of implementation to tackle improving my time management. Because of Life Cycle’s data collection, I reflected purposely on how I used my time during my previous week. I love using Life Cycle because it provides personalized insight for the day, week, month, and year. Life Cycle automatically tracks my daily activities, places I go, and people I see. Before the pandemic, I was driving a minimum of 4 1/2 hours to my full-time job daily. I recently discovered Life Cycle after recognizing that I needed to review how much time I spent driving. My time management skills have improved significantly by using RescueTime over the past few years. The generation of the reports helps to enlighten me about how I use my time and how I need to adjust my habits to be more productive. RescueTime provides the option for me to categorize apps and websites that are productive and unproductive. Once I set up how I want to collect data about your time, RescueTime works behind the scenes to collect valuable data.
